Mason is 4 months!

I can't believe how fast the past four months has been... Mason has been such a blessing to our family.. The kids adore him ... Logan is the best big brother he is always making sure I know where and what Mason is doing. Rosalyn tells me everyday just how cute Mason is ( the fact that they look so much alike is what I love) and Audrey just wants to cuddle him and kiss him...
Mason weighs 14lbs 15oz and is 25 3/4in long! He is in the 90% for height and 55% for weight. We think he is just perfect!
Things you are doing:
Wearing size 2 diaper
Wearing 6 month clothes
Nursing every 2 hours
Sleeping from 7:30~1:00 or 2:00 ( sometimes I get lucky and you will sleep until 4:00)
Smiling like crazy, all the time anytime we talk to you.
Just this past week you started to giggle and coo so much!
You love to play in the jumper and the saucer.
You sit in the Bumbo while I cook and do dishes and just love to watch me.
You sleep on your belly and started rolling over to your back.
You LOVE your binky
You kick your feet and most of the time it looks like your trying to run somewhere!
You do not enjoy your car seat AT ALL ( we are trying to make it more enjoyable!)
You love the church nursery, having everyone love on you!
Happy 4 months baby boy!

The days of my life...

I honestly don't know where the time goes. I feel like I don't have enough time in the day for anything. Having 4 kids with 2 being under 2 it has really to say the least rocked my world! I wouldn't change it for anything!! We have been very busy around here, now that we are in the house we are trying to do projects each weekend. I finally have some things hung and organized... The girls are doing wonderful in school. We just had their parent/teacher conferences. Audrey is excelling in Kindergarten and Rosalyn had a great report for 3rd grade A's and B's for my sweet girl!

Wow, where does time go??

It has been so long since I posted. I have been holding off because I couldn't find my camera I found it but now I can't find the cord.. Still searching through the move! A ton has been happening, we have moved and are trying to get settled. It has been almost four weeks and I am still unpacking. But to my defense Ben is gone through the week, we were in Kansas City one weekend, and we have had company every other weekend ( which I love because its our family we don't get to see often!!) And taking care of the boys is work!

So some updates: Logan is sleeping in his big boy bed!!! We set it up the first night we moved in the house but we also put the pack-n-play in there. We just put the crib in Mason's room because I didn't want to confuse Logan more than he probably already was. So he didn't even sleep in the bed for the first week, after that he would start there and end up in the pack-n-play =) Well this past week has been wonderful, he is napping in there and also sleeping there at night. And to top it off we don't even have to lay with him anymore!! I'm so proud but also sad at the same time, he is such a big boy! Also he has been going potty a few times, I'm not pushing anything at all.. He thinks it is fun.

Audrey is doing wonderful in school. She has adjusted well! Rosalyn is doing great too, I just can't believe she is in 3rd grade already. She is growing up before me and it is just too fast!! She is really coming into her own this year!!

Mason is growing so much, he will be 3 months next week! I think this has been the fastest 3 months ever. He is such a sweet baby, his smile melts my heart!! We put him on previcid about a month ago for his reflux, it has helped a ton. He is still my little spitter!! His little dimples are precious.. I will say my I can handle anything attitude has been tested these past few months, having boys 19 months apart has defiantly been a challenge, but I love my boys and wouldn't trade it for anything. Being home with them during the day is the most amazing job ever!

On that note Logan is such a sweet brother. Anytime Mason is upset Logan will make sure I know and he will lay by him rub is sweet head and say in is precious voice "its k baby" Oh how I love that!!

Well that's all for now, I'm exhausted and I have to price garage sale items and get the house ready for the in-laws this weekend...

Big Truck

Buddies!

Now that I am staying home with the kids I have also adopted another little one! My friend Kelli just started a new job as a school nurse and needed someone to keep her little guy Jackson, so I am. He is so much fun and Logan just loves him. They play so well and Logan is so gentle and loving with him. I have to load him up with us to take and pick up the girls from school. Well he is still in a infant seat so I always take Mason in first then come back for Jackson, the entire time Logan stands by the car screaming "yay yay" that is what he calls Jackson! Here are some pictures of what most days are like!

House... its coming along!

Align Right

Wow the house is really starting to come together. Ben has spent many, many long nights even overnights working on our amazing home! I am so thankful for his dedication and hard work. We have also had some amazing friends helping as well. It seems like it has been forever but really it was only 6 short months ago that he started!! Well I went tonight wanting to get some pictures of the awesome cabinets but they had the kitchen cabinets covered because they are going to paint tomorrow.
So here is a sneak peek at the girls bathroom!

Day at the Park..

Saturday was great, Tiphanie and I took the kids to the park in Springdale. We feed the ducks, rode bikes, let the babies swing, and enjoyed some tea! Gwyn had no fear of the ducks, she loved them. Logan wasn't too sure at first but then he warmed up =) And of course Audrey was trying to be little miss mommy to them! It was a beautiful day!

I love his fave in this picture, he is looking at Gwyn!

Life with 4 kids

Oh my... My life has been so busy and the past 5 weeks have just flown by. I can't believe Mason is already a month old... I think about blogging every night but normally by the time I get the kids in bed and the house picked up all I think about is sleep! Ha...

Well school has started and the girls love it! Audrey started Kindergarten this year, YAY!! She has been ready for a year. Her teacher is Mrs. Yingst and she loves her! The first day of school was a little crazy but we made it, Audrey did great. Rosalyn has Ms. Willcutt this year, she seems to be super nice and Rosalyn is happy with her. I can't believe she is already in 3rd grade! Crazy =)

We have also been working hard to get the house done soon, well Ben has.. We are almost there only about 3 more weeks and I can't wait!

Logan is loving all the attention he is getting with his sisters being at school for a good part of the day. I feel much better now that we have a routine, I am such a routine person.. He will now play all by himself which he has not ever really done this summer being home with his sisters. He is mister risk taker, always climbing on things and in them. He has a great imagination. I love when he gets his cars out and starts making car sounds!!

Mason is getting so big! I he weighs about 11lbs now! He is such a good baby, he eats great, sleeps great even at night he generally wakes up only about 2 times... He loves to sleep on his belly. He doesn't really care for the swing and will scream if you lay on his back for a long time.

Logan loves his baby brother, it is so cute when we go to leave the house he has to make sure I have the baby he will try to pick up the carrier if I don't right away. The girls love him too, Audrey is always wanting to hold him and if Rosalyn hears him cry she is always by his side to give him his binkie!

The girls have also started dance for the 2nd year. Rosalyn is doing Hip Hop/Jazz and Audrey is doing Tap/Ballet.. They got to Kaleidoscope Dance and absolutely love it... Laine is a wonderful teacher!!

I am adjusting to my life as a mom to 4 WONDERFUL kids... I feel so blessed to have 4 healthy amazing kids.. I love everything about being a mom! Don't get me wrong I have my days when I just want to cry or lock myself in the bathroom but I wouldn't change it for the world. Watching each of my kids becoming individuals, growing and learning. Rosalyn and Audrey are at that wonderful age of having opinions and ideas its really great!

Well I have tons of pictures to post so here they come!!

Happy 28th!

Well in the middle of our crazy lives I had a birthday... 28th to be exact. I didn't want a big celebration, having a baby a few days before was the best celebration ever! I had a special day though thanks to be hubby and best friend Mandy. Mandy and Rick came over cooked us a steak dinner and then we finished it off with a Yummy cake from Ricks Bakery.. It was simple and special just how I like it! Rosalyn made me a very special card, it was a Butterfly she had made out of her hands. I love it, those personal cards are my favorite!

Little Momma

Audrey has been such a little momma, the other night she feel asleep while Mason was on her lap. She is always wanting to help, even with Logan changing diapers and getting cups... She will make a great mommy one day!

Brothers

This has been such an adjustment for Logan, but honestly he has done pretty well. He loves his baby brother. When he wakes up in the morning he runs to our room and peeks over the crib to make sure the baby is okay. If Mason cries, Logan will say "baby" over and over again until I check on Mason. He is very soft and careful.. I can't wait to see them interact as the get older, I pray that they are best buds!

First Bath

One Week Old!

This week has just flown by, I can't believe Mason is already one week. Everyone is adjusting still, I have been pretty emotional this time. As the week has gone by and I have adjusted its getting better. Its been tough Ben went back to work on Monday and then as soon as he is done he out working on the house, which I am super happy about but its just been hard... Thanks to my wonderful MIL and great friends they have helped so much... Today Mason's cord fell off, that was the quickest for any of my kids... It has always taken at least 2 weeks so I was shocked today...

Yesterday my wonderful friend Kelsy took Mason's first pictures. They turned out wonderful I just have a few right now so I can't wait to see the final results..

Also today was a big day, it was my first real outing with the kids and also my sister-in-law Heather was able to come into town ( she lives in New York) to see the kids. She is an amazing Aunt and we are so happy to have her home for the weekend...

Our first few days..

Well the past few days have been wonderful. I love Mason beyond words! My emotions have been all over the place though.. Ben has been great with helping around the house and keeping things up while my body is recovering but he has also been working on our new house.. He tries to wait until Logan is asleep and then he heads back out to the house to get some work done.. Boy am I ready to have a normal house again! I have been trying to get to know Mason and what he likes and doesn't and also work with Logan on how to be "soft" with him.. Here are a few pictures from these past couple days..
